Welcome to $tacked (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the $tacked mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
$tacked is a personal budgeting and expense management tool that helps users track income, expenses, and categories to gain better financial insights. You are responsible for how you use the App and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
To use $tacked, you must:
• Be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by law).
• Have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.
• Use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
When you create an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your information if it changes.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.
If you choose to link your account with another user (e.g., a spouse or partner), both users will have access to shared budgeting data. You are responsible for managing and maintaining that access.
You agree not to:
• Use $tacked for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access or interfere with other users’ data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App’s code.
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the App’s integrity.
Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using $tacked, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
All content, design, features, and functionality of $tacked are the exclusive property of the $tacked team. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal budgeting only. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on $tacked without prior written consent.
$tacked is currently free to use. If future versions introduce paid plans or premium features, any associated fees and billing terms will be clearly presented within the App before purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time according to Apple’s App Store policies.
$tacked is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the App will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted. You use $tacked at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, $tacked and its team are not liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Any data loss, financial loss, or unauthorized access arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App.
You may stop using $tacked at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately end.
We may modify or update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated within the App, and continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
